How to Regain Your Composure

Is there a moment where you caught yourself just out of bounds to the right succession of tracks which is the only way that can lead you to the place where you want yourself to be in definite point and time? That you've set goals for yourself where you have all the right kind of clues to suit yourself up with the right kind of ideas that you know will work if you just do it and believe in yourself. You just know the inevitable that there will always be distractions, problems, and discouragements that will come on your way that made you feel the fear and labeled your goal as an impossible and not just feasible as it gets.

It will only be hard for you, if you don't know that you are already out of the track and be trapped where you just stumble yourself down, so to speak, then how to regain such composure (if you ever just realize that you have such composure for yourself.)

Concentrate on what you can give
In sports, especially in contact sports like boxing, the boxer may be on his way out of his composure when his opponent give such a damn good punch on his weakest spot (surely not somewhere illegal) and be knocked down because he just lost out of control. Your body feels the pain, of course, and your mind will only react but ain't to stimulate the way you want yourself to be in particular point and time. Yes, before you went into the fight/obstacle that you are going to face, you make sure of yourself and give yourself a confidence, a light, somewhere near at the end of the tunnel where you think you can't pass through it.

Conscious mind reacts of what is now, but not merely somewhere inside your subconscious mind when you know that you have set this things up that will result in a good outcome. Only your spirit of that burning desire to accomplish of what you really want to happen will stimulate your subconscious mind and give freedom to your subconscious mind to make anything happen the way you want it to happen.

Concentrate on a particular thing where you can take any advantage on, like a thing that really clicks the way you want to happen then little by little you just pile up things and forget about the past negative things that made you think that you can't make it, but now realize that there is a possibility that you can do what you want to do, it's the little things.

Consistency on a particular thing you do will be the habit
Second part, but not the second step because you have to realize all of these parts to know how to regain your composure. Okay, to form a particular habit let us say to stretch yourself out with an exercise every morning, you must know that doing it in a consistent basis will form or mold your mind that you are going to do that particular thing everyday just to have that particular motion put into habit.

It is like programming yourself to a thing that you know you have something or somewhere that you can improve in yourself and doing it in a consistent basis is not very far from that. Some will say, Practice makes perfect, but what I just resonate from a great person is that, he thinks that it is really Practice makes permanent and he added that, if you practice notoriously poor or in a way that you think you just practice it in a perfect way then eventually you can make that permanent that was truly credited in yourself. If you just breakdown of what control word looks like (not literally,) you will get these two words, persistence and habit. So if you just have the habit like what I'm trying to say earlier, the remaining thing you need to stick with habit is persistence (if you just want to have a complete control for your system.)

It's not optional to stick persistence with habit, because it is inevitable in a way that habit always need persistence just to make that thing work itself out. Then later on you can just realize but you are not aware of controlling by doing the habit. By the way, my own understanding for persistence is, perseverance with consistency on it. Perseverance, having that kind of desire and will that you put into work and when you put consistency on top of that then you have that persistence going on your way.

Commitment to the person you envisioned yourself in the future
Just commit, that you are not going to quit. Obstacles are the frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal. It's not about lack of knowledge, ability, or insufficient in any form of thing that's why you think you can't envisioned yourself in a situation you want yourself to be in a particular point and time, it's just a lack of will with full of reasons, willingly and/or unwillingly suggested in your mind.

Your goal will be your purpose, and by committing on it, you just unlock your real purpose here on Earth and at the same time you attain your goal for yourself. So much to explain in commitment, back to regaining your composure using the inspiration. Your inspiration would be the type of person you want to be in the future, so when you just caught yourself willing to pull away from that commitment, just think of the reason why you held on so long!

And that's how you get back to where your composure is, and please ask God for some guidance if that's what he wanted out of your life. So, just concentrate, be consistent, and hold on to your commitment so that you can be that type of person you are meant to be. God Bless!
