For me, I will have this kind of method where it would take my stress off myself and have that positive vibes when I just think of something good had happened or will happen because it makes me feel that there will always be a good outcome no matter how hard the situations are. Thinking of something that you don’t even know that it will take your depression out, just by taking your mind off your situation and have a particular thing to do when you can’t even think about who you were at that particular point and time, example when you are just depressed and have to do something in order to complete the task, that task would help you get out of your shell and continue the life you suppose to be living and in that sense, you will realize that somehow your depression was relieved.

It can only be better if you will do your habit before you had that depression period because your habit is some of the outlet of where you put yourself into it to feel the happiness. Okay, when you feel that you have that kind of depression in your heart, just be with someone who holds your heart which matter to the situation you are into but we can still take into the account of having anyone who holds or touches your heart in any sense to mend that depression deep in your heart. Let that somebody to deep-press your depression to take the clog-out of what really makes you feel well.

What do you do when you are depressed? Depress may come after you had been pressured or rushed your adrenalin then suddenly the results of what you are expecting for differ to what really happens in the first place. Like you expect, then it didn’t pan out then you have that depressing period and do what anything to allow your anger release to where it would go then you make sorry for yourself after you’ve done all of this then you think about it all over again and it will make a cycle if you ever don’t realize what to do when you have that depression.

Okay, when you are depressed, enjoy yourself first then let God take over the control of what has happened because it is what it is, and continue your life evaluating of what went wrong about your situation and have that inner faith to know what would be the solution next time you have to deal about it. Depression makes you feel that you are weak, that you are helpless and all the negative things that you can feel because you let them affect the way you feel right now when you all have to do is to accept and forget of what has been a tragedy to you. Challenges encourages growth and we all have to get through from those situations so that we can live the life yet to unfold before us.

Just think of something that makes you feel that you have a little faith in your personality to believe of what have you been believing so far. Think of something that makes you feel the fun and go wherever it would come because you have to follow your bliss and not to dwell upon the negative outcome of the past because it would hinder you to the good things that are ahead of what is good life for you.

Not to make it silly, but it is true that after that depressing period you already feeling right now, will later turn out as a good feeling period for what you really worth for because life is meant to live the happy life we dreamt for. So, take you depression out of yourself as soon as possible for you to enjoy of what life would offer and it may be even better to what you had depressing for. Just be still, hold on of what is good and let go of what is bad for the sake of your heart and soul. God Bless!
