If I was Your Boyfriend, I’d Never Let You Go

Have you ever seen yourself from a distant where you see these girls crying because they were left off by their boyfriends? Okay, let’s be specific, not that you will accumulate all the girls that are crying but in a sense that you have this particular girl whom you attracted with but was dumped by his boyfriend. Yeah, you’re not in the right position just to say if I was your boyfriend, I’d never let you go, you’re just an acquaintance trying to know what would be the real reason why her boyfriend dumped him in the first place.

Okay, you know you have your time just to check for a little time but it is not the right time to say those words because she might think that you are taking advantage to her situation and try to be that guy when you’re not. You just have those words in your mind, like a mindset whenever you are with that girl, you would never let her go as if you are her boyfriend.

If I was your boyfriend, I’d never let you go. You feel it in yourself how much it hurts whenever you see her cry in such case she remembers that kind of deal that make her emotions loose to what her boyfriend had done unto her. You could only let her know that you are there but ain’t even have the gut to say those words because you just wanna make the move and not just the words to cover up some of her pain and just let her know.

Letting her feel that you are there and not primarily say what could actually change her mind, and that is you want to be her boyfriend, maybe you eventually you could joke about it but make sure you are constantly there to fill her voids from within. You maybe even try to act as if you are his boyfriend but make sure not to let her go because she might be clinging to what you used to do for her because she might also act as if she was your girlfriend or something. Eventually from thereon, you could say those words that could only bring the good outcome because from the first part you let her feel that your intention was good.

It’s like you’ve imagined, if you are on the position to make the right decision, you are going to do what is the better thing to do and that is to not let her go to that relationship. But think also about the situation of the guy, maybe he was thinking that if he ever chooses not to let her go but he ain’t even in-love anymore, his conscience will tell him one thing and that is he know in himself that he is hurting his girlfriend eventually without even telling her what he really used to feel.

So either way, everybody should do the right thing to let each side know why things have to happen. It’s not that you lack of doing this or that, maybe because each side is not ready to be honest and firmly to hold on to what they promised to each other (if they ever had.) And if not, basically there’s no foundation to hold on for that relationship so it’s easy for them to collapse and break for what has God gave to them, and that is the opportunity to love each other and know what would be the outcome if they do the right thing just to continue the love just to celebrate each other’s life.
