Have you ever taken a quick look about yourself in a situation where you can be grateful for the things you have or you’ve done in your life...

Have you ever taken a quick look about yourself in a situation where you can be grateful for the things you have or you’ve done in your life? That you have these kind of things that you can really be grateful for and think of how these things came in just an instant from your realization at that point and time where you overlooked these things in the first place?

You have this particular thing you wished maybe years before you conceived it in your hands and not feeling grateful right now because it has been already granted for you because you really want it, the last time you don’t have that particular thing. Little things, let’s say a cup of coffee, you can’t have it on where you just think of having it, you know that you should have that will on getting it done for the moment of thinking about it but when you do have it and feel for the most part of having it drink, maybe you could feel that, I’m done this way (drinking your coffee) and you just think of something new again as if it was granted.

A lot of things, no matter how big or small it is, you should be grateful for what you have in store for yourself so that you can have more of what makes you who you are today.

Take inventory of yourself. Maybe you could have that checklist, and think about the things you are grateful for. Yes, maybe you don’t have the house, car, or relationship you want right now but you can be grateful on the things you already have and eventually, you can have what you really want in life. I don’t know if you are with me, but the feelings you have for the things you have right now will determine if you want more of those things or not, in your future.

Let’s say you don’t have a lot of money right now, but you do have that sufficient money for you to live in a daily basis, if you just throw a bad feeling or bad frequency of not having a lot of money or why you just have what you do have, you can’t have even more because you are not grateful of you really have. And if ever you have much money, and not feeling good about it either, you can lose of what you have because you are not grateful for the things given up to you.

Okay, in a relationship and your emotional state of having been related to your other-half, when you have that thought and feeling of not having that much joy in a sense that you already felt that way and now you have been used to those kind of things why you get in-love with your other-half, you already activating a feeling that you don’t want anymore of that because it ain’t fun anymore.

But when you do just that, when you just don’t feel good anymore about it and want to let it go, you can see at the end of your crossroads in life that you are just fooling yourself of not feeling good of what you already have because you can see yourself stuck of what has been not good enough for you. In another sense in relationship, when you can’t think about any particular thing to be grateful for in your relationship because you ask your partner to show these kind of things to be loved for, when you can’t even show the very thing that is important part of the relationship and that is, you are very thankful for having that kind of relationship with your partner when in the first place, you didn’t ask anything rather than love.

Relationship is a living thing, because you can have that initial reaction about the way you feel and thought about it and in a sense that you just can’t replace it with any kind of stuff because it is no other than a creation the two of you had made. You have to pay attention on the living kind of things you have and be grateful for it first before you give thanks to the non-living thing materials which are replaceable when time comes.

In receiving end, like the food to eat, the bed to sleep with, and the clothes to wear for, and any little things you overlooked for just to thank on how such thing gets in into your life. Okay, when you do appreciate the person that made the dish for today, what might be his response to that? He wants to do more of that!

In sleeping, let’s say you’re not in the comfortable state to sleep because you are not sleeping in your usual bed, and when you think about how negative it feels to not sleep with your bed and not grateful for what you have right now, maybe you ain’t gotta sleep for tonight because you just want what you do want, and not thankful for the little things you should be thankful for. Yes, you might not have the clothes you want or what everyone want to have but the very thing you can’t realize is that you are wearing a type of clothing that keeps you warm and suffice to say, you just have what you need and you need to thank of what you just have.

Maybe, you can’t understand what I’m saying but one thing I want you to know is that if you want to be a great person, being grateful of what you have is what you just want to know in order for you to be great person (maybe grate person for now.)

So much to say about being grate, you have to make it a habit, a mindset, and having that attitude of gratitude. It’s not that you earned it because you deserved it, that you make a lot of investment on it and you did pay attention on it in order for you to get the things you really want in your life, when you should know that it will all come down to its end and you should be grateful for it as long as you have it.

Take inventory of yourself on things, abilities, skills, education, possession, accounts, etc… And be grateful for it because you will never know when God will take all of it away and that includes your life. Be thankful of what you have right now, some would wish they could have more out of their lives right now, and some would wish they had taken the other route in their lives and you are blessed to that kind of life because you will be grateful right now. You could only do better if you think better in every situation on your life. God Bless!
