Have you been in a situation that you don’t want to give your whole heart to someone? Because you don’t want to let someone hurt it again, you don’t want to fall in love all over again, and maybe because you thought that they will throw away the love you will give and will realize that they don’t deserve it when the break-up comes.
If I Gave You My Heart, Be Gentle (you said to someone whom you give the chance of having your whole heart.) Yes, you trust the person that you will lend your whole heart with, you just want to let her understand that you don’t want to experience that heartbreak again.
You said that it won’t be that easy to give your whole heart immediately to a new relationship after all of the previous breakups. You said that you are not after for a relationship that will lasts forever, you are just looking for a person that will outlast it. You said that you don’t want to expect that she is the right person and that you expect the breakup soon (maybe because of the conditions you said.)
