What is fear?
According to Webster's Dictionary
Fear is
- the instinctive emotion aroused by impending or seeming danger, pain, or evil
- to be afraid of
- to regret politely or conventionally
- reluctant through misgiving

Ultimately, fear is just the inverted faith we have towards to a particular thing or situation we wouldn't want to be in. Fear is somewhat related or we can call it as the root of all anxieties, worries, dreads, and any kind of words you can think about of why you hold yourself out to the uncertainties you're not sure of, that might as well turned out to be good and not bad as you think it is.

I think fear starts within yourself and not to a particular thing or situation that you have to face because those situations or things haven't done anything yet to make your heart skip a beat. Or in other cases, you hold the rights to have that kind of fear on those instances because you've already encountered those frightful things that made you feel bad. But this point and time you are reading this, make sure of yourself that you want to remove the fear you have in a particular matter so that you can absorbed the following words on how to remove your fears.

I'm not the one who will take the fear out from you, or do any hypnotizing thing just to forget the fears you dread. You are the only one who can take away the fear out of your system, and I will only lay some sort of thoughts for you to realize on how to fight your fears.

Faith
I've already told you that fear is the inverted faith, so you have to realize that you've just flipped your faith into fear, that's why you look on that particular situation with fear that is totally different to what you have seen the last time you look it with faith. The faith that I'm talking about here is the good that will come in that particular situation, so if you invert thy faith into fear you will just expect that particular situation to be worse as it gets.

In the higher sense, put your faith into God, then if you fear again it only means that you do not believe or trust God in any sense. Read the bible and you will see a lot of promises ahead of you, if you only just believe and keep that kind of faith in Him. Please be reminded that faith removes limitations!

Exposure
Of course, if you still have that kind of fear on a particular situation, you tend to back off your feet or distance yourself to the incoming situation you dreaded most. You will do anything at all costs just to get rid of that incoming dreadful situation because you know in yourself that you will feel bad if it does happen. Then after you get rid of it, you feel that you're back to your good ol' comfort zone? Well it isn't, because those kind of things will haunt you back because those fears you have within you is deeply rooted to your subconscious mind.

So we have to get rid of that fear where it is deeply rooted, in your subconscious mind, by exposing yourself to your dreadful situation. So, how can you help yourself to be in your feared situation (you will know it later, after you read Reinforcements.) You won't be able to get rid of your fears without exposing yourself to that particular feared object or situation. Let me give an example, although it is not the usual phobic thing to fear, but at the time you want to learn how to drive a bicycle way back to your childhood days, (of course without those two safety wheels behind your back) you are sure to have that kind of worry if you just fall down or turn the bicycle loose. (Especially if you have fears that is inevitably comes to your way, you have to remove it for once! And for your sake, of course.)

You will stumble yourself and have that down feeling to not try again but that's not the case if you are willing to learn how to drive a bicycle and so, if you really want to drive out your fear. Scars will make others be able to mock you around but as you look inside yourself, you can see of how far you've gone as a student of your desire to bike yourself out to the wilderness of life experiences. There is much desire if you really want something to be labeled under your belt, in this case, to learn how to drive a bicycle. You know in yourself that you can't learn it only by staring at it and imagine of how good you are driving your bicycle, you must learn it the hard way! And that's how exposure works for your fear. Perfect practice makes perfect, and it will only be hard for you when you don't practice and expect the good things where it count most.

Acceptance
Accept that you have a fear on that particular situation when you just hide yourself and deny that there is nothing that bothers you. You don't have to say to your peers that you have a fear so that they will console and give a special treatment to you because the truth is it will only be hard for you to remove your fear if there is at least a person that console you to the thing you feared most.

Just accept it to yourself that you have a fear on this particular object or situation, and when you do that, you just also accept to yourself that you are willing to remove that anxiety within yourself that only hinders you to the possibilities of good opportunities ahead of you. Accept that there is something needed to be changed if you imagine yourself to the moment from where you are exactly positioned to your dreams. Because in usual dreams we wished, there shouldn't be any substance or ingredients of fear at any degree on that moment we dreamt for.

In fact, we didn't choose what to fear, it is the collective instances that put us in a situation that we have to have that kind of fear on that situation the next time we encounter such trick of the devil just to invert our faith into fear. We are living on Earth, not yet in Heaven, that's why we must figure out the tricks and traps presented on us as we go through life. Falling on traps, and be tricked on tricks only shape our minds that there is a limitation, and you've just got to accept the fact that you have been tricked the way they want you to invert your faith. You've got to be sure to accept it within yourself before you get the prize of getting rid of that particular fear.

Reinforcements
Your reinforcements may come in different kind of forms; it may be a thing, a hunch, a prayer, or a buddy/friend that will help you to make yourself believe that there is nothing to be feared. In this case, I will just illustrate how buddy-reinforcement be effective on how to help you in dreadful situation, because the thing, the hunch, and the prayer will carry its load in terms of faith you had put on it. Of course, you also have faith in your buddy that he will give his best to your situation so that he can bring out the best in you.

Choosing a buddy is not as easy as it gets, your best friend or a relative might not be qualified as your buddy because your buddy must not console you or give any special treatment for your fear because your buddy is just there to remind you that you have to keep on keeping on to the situation you have to expose yourself with. He must not cared about how scared are you at the time you are exposing yourself to that particular fear, but he must take the off-limits that he feels that the situation will hurt you so bad or something that will make you go wild.

He shouldn't be the protector or safety, he could only be a supporter, a coach, that believes in you that you can go there like he had just done it his way (of course, your buddy shouldn't have any anxiety to do those things you feared so that he can make an example on how to do it.) Then your buddy must evaluate you as you evaluate yourself, and see if you have the same tallies on how much anxieties left in you, (or how comfortable are you in the situation) and see if you are totally free from your fear (because you can't do the judging only by yourself, if you have any fear left or not, because you may cheat yourself out.)

So that's it,

First and foremost, you must have that kind of faith on the Infinite Intelligence above and that is God, that He will guide you through these kind of trials as you go on to fight and face your fears. Accept that you have weaknesses but not weak, because as you lay all those fears above, you will have that kind of inner strength from God as you expose yourself out to your fears.

Have faith in your buddy as your reinforcement as he got your back when you go down. That he will not leave you in any point and time when you are about to face your fears. After all, you will notice that you've just invert your fear into faith. God Bless!
