We encouraged you to control and manage all the waste energy that was generated through you and be triggered by the thought that was mixed by the negative feelings and emotions that eventually will pile up and accumulate to your waste energy bag full of negative memories.
Okay, we all knew that we have this kind of negative memories which contain negative feelings but we are not aware on how deep will it hurt if be remembered again.
How to manage emotional waste energy
1. Acceptance. Not to accept all kind of waste energy but to accept that you have to deal with it and not to live with it. Deal with it like you are quite determined to remove anything that bring your emotion down.
2. Forgiveness. Not to forgive and just forget it, but to forget it where you can leave that bag of negative memories in a place or in a person that will take it out of you. Forgive like you give yourself a chance to open again of what has been closed because of such tragedies. Forget it like you get yourself a chance not just to patch the holes to be filled but to get a chance to fill it with much better thoughts and mix it with positive emotions that you can put on.
3. Prevention. As always, prevention is better than cure. Where you don't have to clean all your emotion bag up, but to prevent and classify of what type of thoughts with emotion you will allow to stay in your storehouse of your emotions. Prevent like you had an experience with it and not to have that kind of fear and doubt on any emotion you are about to engage.
We segregate it like we classify of what is good and what is bad for ourselves and for our health (all kinds of health like emotional, physical, mental, etc.) I think it wouldn't be bad if you are going to be bias of what is good for yourself because those are the only things that will bring you to your good life.
Reduce negative memories that still haunting you back and reuse those positive memories you think that can cover up those negative kind of memories then recycle the remaining good things on the negative memories like experiences of adversities that can make you stronger, and eventually you can make yourself totally free of what was waste energy for you.
